The National Norwegian Sailing Team consists of a tight-knit group of professional athletes; Hermann Tomasgaard, Line Flem Høst, Anders Pedersen Helene Næss and Marie Rønningen, and Nicholas Fadler Martinsen and Martine Stellar Mortensen.

They will be representing Norway at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, in the following five classes: Laser, Laser Radial, Finn, 49er FX and Nacra 17.

This elite of young Norwegian sailors have all been sailing since they were juniors, starting out in their respective local sailing clubs along the Norwegian coastline, utilizing the ocean as a playground from an early age.

Competing in the Olympics have always been a goal and something to aim for, and of course taking home an Olympic medal is the ultimate dream for all of them.

With the games fast approaching, the expectations are high, both from the athletes themselves as well as from everyone else. They have been training and doing their preparations for many years, and with the Games being postponed for a year, it gave them all an opportunity to clock up another 12 months of intense training.

Their dedication and commitment to the sport, as well as their competitive drive to excel, will place them at the forefront in the tough competition for the Olympic medals that can be won in Tokyo.
